Into prints TVCs, movies, serials, web series and short films. She started her career when she was 43 and after 13 years, she has become a successful lady living her dreams.
Since childhood, she had the passion and dream to become a model but was not able to pursue it due to her parent’s disapproval. Later, she got married and gave birth two sons. She built herself a life with her husband, children, and in-laws. She rests her dream to focus on her married life. After her children got settled in their lives, she thought of doing something which she always wanted to. She first thought of joking business but her husband suggested doing something which she enjoyed doing. It was then she remembered her dream of being a model

She is better known as Pammi Aunty of Zindagi ki Mehak on Zee TV, Kangna Ranaut’s Verma Aunty in the movie Queen, pour rub pour of surf excel, Kurkure aunty, hmmm of easy. She has done more than 200 print ads and TV commercials including international brands like Microsoft, hutch, Adobe, WHO, movies, serials, web series, and short films., It is rare to find such a rich blend of multifarious activities in one personality.
She never distinguishes between jobs. She respects each and every field and is ready to try hand in all. She never left any stone untouched. She has also taught at various institutes to guide children towards their dreams.

She started her career by modeling for a store called ‘Revolution’, which she used to regularly shop at. Another offer she got was from another renowned shop known as ‘Pluss’. Since then, she has choreographed many fashion shows and is well known for her work.
At age 45, her dream job. She was chosen as the ‘Showstopper’ for the ‘Kaftan’ clothes fashion show by a famous designer. The show was featured towards all age groups, body size woman at Ashoka Lounge, a well-known establishment about ten years ago.
Monika Kohli is also a motivational speaker and talks about positive thinking and hard work. She is a real-life role model for all. She has proven that dreams don’t comes up with age, that one can become what they want, only if they try hard enough with positive attitude. By going after her childhood dream at age 43, she has set an example for all to follow that there is no age of chasing dreams.

According to Monika Kohli, Struggle and Hardwork are one and same. If one considers struggle as hardwork, they can overcome many challenges. To reach somewhere, one must first believe they can do it and silence their negative thoughts.
Her thought process says, “Every person should have atleast one hobby, topic, activity they are passionate about. It would help them have a positive attitude towards life. One should never say the words, “ Can’t,”. They should believe “they can” and should try everything”.
She is proud of the person she is today. She has no regrets. She believes that God gives what we need in life, we just have to seize the opportunities coming our way. She is a person with a very positive outlook on life.
She does not have any long term goals in life. She sets short term goal and is happy to achieve those. She does not think about the future but give everything to her today. We need more courageous women like her.
